Στην είσοδο του χωριού σε καλωσορίζουν δύο γιαννιωτισες που βάζουν νερό στη βρύση...μια όμορφη κατασκευή που σε μεταφέρει σε άλλες εποχές. Έπειτα η εκκλησία με την ιδιαίτερη αρχιτεκτονική και αγιογράφηση αλλά και την ταπεινοτητα με την οποία ψέλνουν οι γυναίκες στις παρακλήσεις. Ο περιβάλλον χώρος κατάφυτος , σαν βγαλμένος από πίνακα. Οι άνθρωποι του χωριού έχουν μια τόσο αυθεντική ευγένεια που σε σκλαβώνει. Ο Χρήστος και η Ράνια, ευγενικοί, απλοί, ουσιαστικοί στην επαφή με τους καλεσμένους τους. Το σπίτι ένα μικρό διαμαντακι στο κέντρο του χωριού όπου τα παιδιά μας είχαν τη δυνατότητα να παίζουν συνεχώς, είτε στο μαγαζί, είτε στην πλατεία, είτε στην παιδική χαρα. Η απόδειξη για το πόσο καλά περάσαμε είναι τα παιδιά μας που διαμαρτύρονταν στις εξορμήσεις σε άλλους προορισμούς δηλώνοντας ότι θέλουν να μείνουν στο χωριό.
Δεν υπήρχε κάτι αρνητικό, πρώτη φορά σε διακοπές.
