立地はファミマが向かいにあったためとても便利で、ファミマの駐車場も24時間以内は800円だったので、助かりました！
ユニバーサル目的で泊まりましたが、車でたぶん10分もかからず行けました。
施設は、アメニティグッズがしっかり揃っていたため、着替えがあれば問題ありませんでした。
男性なら洗顔グッズ、髭剃り、女性は洗顔グッズ、化粧品を持って行けば問題ないかと。
2階へ上がる階段の幅が狭く、上がる時は大丈夫でしたが、降りる時が怖かったです。70代の家族がいたため、心配でした。
お風呂のドアを開けた時のこもった匂いが気になりました。

部屋はとてもきれいでしたし、部屋も広くベッド数も多く、しかも大きいベッドでフカフカで寝心地は最高でした。
アメニティーや家電もそろっており、複数泊にも向いていると思います。
お風呂の給湯器の動作が不安定でお湯と水が交互に出る状態でした。ですが、ある程度時間（２０分くらい）経過すると安定してお湯が出ました。あとは階段の一段一段の奥行が狭いので、昇降時に注意が必要と思います。

USJに近く、高速乗り口にも近く、移動がスムーズでした。コンビニの駐車場が近く便利でした。
割り箸等準備されており、助かりました。
お風呂が狭かったが、お安く泊まれたので問題ありませんでした。

ロケーションが良かった。
室内の階段の造りが悪かった。急勾配でつま先しか乗らない幅の階段は、危険で怖かった。
