DEV Hotel and Conference Centre

I was just coming up to Cornwall for a two-night stay for my son's graduation and this hotel was very affordable everything was in it the grounds are absolutely beautiful it's super super clean my room had a very nice view of the St Lawrence the only negative was is it so big be prepared to walk a lot and I mean a lot and my 7 yr son and I did get lost tho 🤣🤦‍♀️ so thank God somebody from the hotel found us and guided us back to the front LOL all in all I would definitely stay here again though

We liked this clean hotel. It’s large but the rooms are very small. Otherwise it was great

I had a wonderful stay at the Hotel. Everything was great from start to finish. The staff were friendly and welcoming, the room was clean and comfortable, and the overall atmosphere made me feel right at home. I was very happy with my experience and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

I have stayed at this hotel four times in the past two months. My first three stays were great, which is why I kept coming back. Unfortunately, my fourth stay was a completely different experience. I stayed for five nights. When I first entered the room, I found a dead bug on the bed sheet, and the sheets also had tears in them. I went to the front desk to let them know. The receptionist told me there were a lot of flies outside and it was difficult to keep them out, but she gave me another set of sheets. Unfortunately, the replacement sheets had stains, and since I was exhausted after traveling, I didn’t want to call and ask again. I ended up removing the bug from the bed and using the stained sheets. Three days later, I found a live cockroach in the bathroom, I called the front desk and asked them to send someone. While checking the room, I also found a dead bee in the corner. I’m allergic to bees, so that was especially concerning. I really liked this hotel, which is why I booked it for a fourth time, but this experience was nothing like my previous visits. What disappointed me the most was that I was never offered a different room, despite the condition of the one I was staying in. I hope the hotel improves its housekeeping and pest control because it has been a great place to stay in the past.
