9.2 / 10Outstanding·Oct 2026
The hotel is well situated directly across from Lake Ontario. Both the highway and downtown Cornwall can be accessed in a matter of minutes. While our room was small, it was very clean with the usual amenities. The staff were welcoming and helpful. Parking is convenient and the indoor pool and interior courtyard are lovely. We didn't avail ourselves of breakfast and the pub was closed for Thanksgiving so I can't comment on the food or beverage options. The rooms could use a bit more soundproofing as we did notice hallway noise in the evening. It appeared most of the guests were business or government employees. I would definite stay here again.

The location is very convenient and easy to get to from the highway
Room is quiet and clean and lots of parking spots available.

Stayed 1 night. Very convenient location within minutes of Cornwall centre, service roads, and HW 401. Well-kept establishment. The standard queen room's size was quite small though in comparison to similar in the area but all the hotel amenities offered more then make up for that. Recommend and will definitely stay there again.

I booked a renovated, hardwood floor queen room but I was given an old, dusty carpeted room. There was a fire alarm 4am in the morning and everyone had to evacuate in the chilling outdoors. None of the staff apologized for it.
