A luxurious ENTIRE APARTMENT situated in the middle of everywhere in Cairo (new maadi). Apartment is walking distance from coffee shops, supermarkets, restaurants and pharmacies.

Inside, the apartment is completely new and has everything you need. In the living room, there's a big 65” Samsung smart TV and a Bar with a brand-new Nespresso coffee machine, so you can make your favorite coffee.

The kitchen has all the things you need, and there's even a washing and drying machine made by LG.
Also present is an L shaped sofa where you can comfortably sleep or nap watching your favorite tv shows.

in contrast to many fast growing compounds on the outskirts of Cairo, Maadi grew organically and has character. If you walk around in the evening, you will encounter lots of young people and families hanging out, chatting, or kicking a ball around. It is safe and friendly.
Even though the apartment is calm and bright, you can walk just 2 minutes to a street with lots of fun things. There's a place where you can go bowling, a big movie theater, stores where you can buy food, a Pizza Hut, Starbucks, and many more of your favorite places to eat. You can also do some shopping there. It's a great mix of a peaceful place to stay and being close to exciting places to visit.
This special place is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit. It's very easy to get into and out of Maadi from this location. Also, even though the apartment is on the very residential and quiet end, the rest of the Street has great restaurants that you can easily walk to and some really nice souvenir shops too.
