Pure relaxation in the exclusive 'Sun and Sea' vacation apartment right on the dyke

The "Sonne und Meer" vacation rental, which opened in 2021 on the first floor of the Kachelotplate building, is located directly on the dike in Hooksiel. This fantastic location allows you to reach the beach and the historic town center—with its wide variety of restaurants and shopping options—in just a few minutes.

Spanning a generous 82 m², the apartment features an inviting entryway, two bedrooms, a bathroom, a guest restroom, and a combined living/dining area with a separate utility room. The apartment also features a covered, sunny terrace with patio furniture and a small storage room.

The vacation apartment’s upscale amenities leave nothing to be desired. The furniture is not only tasteful but also functional, and the kitchen is fully equipped to satisfy even the most discerning home cook. Particularly impressive is the high-quality bathroom, which features an infrared sauna that ensures relaxation and well-being even on cold days.

For younger guests, the well-equipped apartment includes a high chair, a travel crib, and a toy box. Outside the apartment, you’ll find a private parking space as well as a covered parking spot with a charging station for your e-bike.

To ensure your complete comfort, we offer you a beach chair—reserved exclusively for the “Sonne und Meer” vacation rental—on the beautiful sandy beach of Hooksiel, free of charge.
