About this house rental
This memorable townhome is the perfect home base for your trip to Red Deer. With 2 large bedrooms on the top floor each with their own private full bathroom. King room and queen room.
Large spacious Kitchen fully stocked with pots, and pans, cutlery, dishes, knife, block, handy appliances, including blender, toaster, electric kettle, Keurig coffee maker, microwave, full-size fridge with freezer, stove with oven and dishwasher.
Salt, and pepper, olive oil, sugar and selection of coffee, pods, and teas also available.
Perfect kids space in the third large bedroom. Double bunk bed, futon, and hidden twin bed, full bathroom, Smart TV and games! Plenty of space for all guests. The 4 bathrooms come equipped with a bathtub/shower and hair dryer for added convenience. Enjoy superb amenities like a washing machine and dryer, iron, ironing board, games , Smart TVs , In floor heating in basement ,WiFi, heating, gas fire place and more. Make your holiday one for the books with a stay at our place.
Super close walk or scooter ride to down town, Bower ponds, capstone area and the BMX park.
Only a short 20 minute drive to the beautiful town of Sylvan lake.
Short drive to The Westerner grounds for hockey games, festivals and fairs.
The property would also be perfect for a Bridal party. Excellent lighting and set up in the kitchen area for makeup/hair.
Unfortunately, we are not accepting any pets.
Owner suffers from severe pet allergies and is responsible for cleaning property. We would like to keep the property clean and healthy for everyone, especially other guests with moderate to severe allergies.
We are very sorry for the inconvenience this may cause to some guests.

This place is as stunning as it is practical. The listing is completely accurate and it was a fantastic place to prepare for my wedding with my bridesmaids. Melissa was super helpful and friendly in communication, and she even left a lovely card and token gift upon my arrival. This place has everything you need and more, and has a really special feel. Melissa is evidently a kind and experienced host.

Melissa was a fabulous host. Great communication, she accommodated an early check in and had bread baking and fresh peonies out for our arrival. The property was very clean, quiet and spacious. Would definitely recommend.
