River Breeze 3-Bed Balcony Apartment

We stayed at this beautifully appointed apartment for 2 nights as we had a family wedding nearby Immediately impressed with the cleanliness and comfort! the beds were super comfortable and bedrooms so very spacious!The bathrooms looked like new and wer immaculate Lovely views from the lounge and balcony too!My elderly Mother did struggle with the stairs up to property (they are quite steep and lots of them)We all agreed that the towels were more like blankets and scratchy to use and some black out curtains would enhance sleep experience. Also as its above two fish and chips shops the flat does tend to get fumes fron the large eextractor fan and can smell but is sporadic when windows are open.Location fabulous and is very close to the beach and many shops and good restaurants;we enjoyed beautiful coastal walks and watching the world go by!Communication with Maria and Mason was excellent and thorough. All in all we had an excellent and comfortable 2 night stay and would definitely recommend this property !

We enjoyed our stay in Sussex visiting Arundel, including Castle and Chichester Cathedral and surrounding country side. Over all we were pleased with the apartment ,being in a great location and comfortable for all. However their were some minor issues which need addressing. There was no mirror in the middle floor bedroom which meant my daughter had To go up to the next floor to do her hair. Whe we arrived we could only find two cups. We found them later unwashed in the dish washer. The sink in the bathroom is partially blocked and was slow to drain. When these items are addressed it will be excellent. Raymond Harding

Communication with the owner was excellent and check in / out very easy. Good parking and easy access to the property with clear instructions from the owner. Masses of space inside including the bedrooms. Kitchen fairly well equipped. One TV in the main room. Beds were very comfortable. Lovely view over the river. Unfortunately the curtains were very thin so didn’t block out much light but did provide privacy from the street. The towels were new I think but a synthetic material that was not at all absorbent!
