This apartment is located in the center of Lijia, just a few minutes from the Daugava River, and it takes only 5 minutes to walk to the National Library.
The room is newly renovated and includes a living room, bedroom, bathroom and kitchen.
We offer a room with a 1.5-meter double bed for single or double accommodation. Let you sleep well at night after traveling.

Our family stayed here for 30 days this summer.The host, LI, is the best host I have ever had IN ALL MY LIFE with short-term rental properties in 38 countries. Here’s why:- GOOD LOCATION: slightly outside of Old Town, but in walking distance and free parking. 5 min to Latvian Nat'l Library- EXTRA BED: for our daughter who came last-minute.- MEDIUM-SIZED OVEN: provided after we asked for in advance. - COUCH & TV: originally none, but provided when we arrived: smart TV.- DECENT INTERNET: after informing, he moved the router for a better connection. - TOWEL HOOKS & TRASH CANS: there were none, so we just asked and he bought them and brought it. - CURTAIN: installed a new curtain when we asked. Amazing service.- SUPER GLUE: my eyeglass frame broke. Later that evening he brought a new super glue for me to use and gave it to me. - FREE BIKE USAGE: We were allowed to use three bikes for leisure as long as we told him in advance. Riga is great for biking.- VACUUM CLEANER: Whenever we wanted to vacuum and clean the unit ourselves (long-term 30 day stay), it was provided for us.- REFRIGERATOR SIZE: not mini but big medium sized.- EQUIPPED KITCHEN- WASHING MACHINE & DRYING RACK- FREE CHANTERELLE MUSHROOMS: from Latvian forest. About 20 Euro worth- BACKYARD USAGE: children’s trampoline and play area. big yardI highly recommend these apartments. They are newly renovated, clean, and in a quiet neighborhood right across the bridge from Old Town. You will not regret it!

Good communication. Apartment spacious, new and tidy. Well equipped. Close to the city and the Christmas market and public transportation.
