Clean room w/ King bed/Private bathroom. Free Wifi free parking

Parking was easy in the lot right next to the building and our host William was great! He even got me an iron within 5 minutes when I was in a time crunch to get out to a reunion dinner that I was in town for. It was an easy 5 minute drive into downtown new London too. The ferry terminal to Fishers Island and Block Island is right there. Thanks William!

Room D was our room, and by far, it had the most comfortable bed I've ever slept on in the entire world. I must message William and ask where I can purchase the exact same mattress.

Very clean house and nice proprietor. A small breakfast of coffee and pastry is even provided, which is very sweet. Close to the 95 without being loud, and the house feels very safe.Would recommend staying here, especially for the price. Two things I would flag (none of them dealbreakers at all—just information for those that might need it): (1) the very nice host will meet you and show you to your room. If you are arriving late, that is something you should flag since alternative arrangements might be needed. (2) each room gets its own bathroom, but the room and bathroom are not connected (so you’ll have to walk through a common hallway to get to the bathroom).

The room was just right for a quick overnight stay! Clean with simple furnishing. My host was so sweet to text the information I needed the day of my visit (i loved not having to look up the address and check in procedure) And he was there to welcome me and give me a walk through of the space. so so nice!
