You’ll feel right at home with all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay. 3 queen size beds, 2 full bathrooms, washer & dryer, full size kitchen with tons of accessories. Make your morning coffee in the Keurig and enjoy the quiet neighborhood on the covered front patio. Centrally located in the heart of Derby with easy access to K15 and rock road. Also grocery stores and food nearby!

Feel the price was way too high. There were no end tables in the living room, so it echoed when you went in no place to sit something if you were watching tv. There were no dressers to unpack your closed only hangers in the closet. Arrived and there was only a partial roll of toilet paper. No games, no pens, no paper. It was hard to use the microwave because it was up so high. There is no heat in the back bathroom and there are no towel bars in that bathroom so the only place to put a towel was over the shower rod. Very disappointed for the money I paid. I will say the place was clean and easily accessible. And the host was very nice, accommodating and easy to talk to.
