Located in a quiet village in the countryside, this cottage completely renovated in 2021 will allow you to get together with family or friends, for a weekend or a week.

The bedding and appliances are brand new.
You can enjoy the surrounding nature; forest, river and private pond without any problem.

On the first floor:
- Fitted kitchen open to the living room
- Dining room
- 1 bedroom with a 140cm bed
- 2 shower rooms
- 2 Wc

1st floor:
- 3 bedrooms with a 140cm bed
- 1 bedroom with a 140cm bed and a 90cm bed, a cot and a changing table
- 1 shower room
- 1 separate toilet

2nd floor:
- 1 bedroom with a 140cm bed and 2 90cm bed
- 1 separate toilet

Outdoor areas:
- 800m2 grass court with petanque court, swing and slide.
- Synthetic grass field with a 6.5*3m swimming pool, secured with a safety cover
- An 80m2 courtyard with a ping-pong table, a plancha, a table football, 2 folding tables and 15 chairs.

Other remarks
- Sheets and towels not provided
- Swimming pool (not heated) with water from May 1st to September 30th.
- Rental in July and August by the week, from Saturday to Saturday.
- Baby equipment: bath, high chair, changing table, cot and travel cot.
