"The Ehmann House" Peace and privacy for larger groups

This BEAUTIFUL 3-bedroom, 2 bathroom open concept house offers peace and privacy along with the convenience of being just steps from the water!The Ehmann House is one of our larger propertes, and is perfect for those guests that enjoy the nicer things in life. Larger groups are no problem in this open living area, with hardwood floors, beautiful comfy couches, chic electric fireplace and 55” flat screen smart TV. If you need more space to spread out, wander through to the second sitting area furnished with plush chairs, where you can watch the boats on the water out of the large picture windows. A round glass top table with soft cushioned chairs is nearby for meals, hot cup of coffee or a game of cards. The Ehmann kitchen is perfect for whipping up dinner for a crowd or crew, as it is fully stocked right down to the spices. There is a large custom built-in bar with 8 bar stools. Stainless-steel appliances accompany the beautiful cabinets. White subway tiles, custom designed counter tops and breathtaking artwork make this kitchen one you’ll remember. When you’re ready to snooze, this home has sleeping for eight between the three bedrooms and couches. The Ehmann master bedroom is a large grey and teal colored spacious spa-like room furnished with a queen-size bed, dresser and beautiful relaxing chairs. This master bedroom has the convenience of en-suite bathroom with a double granite vanity, and a tiled walk-in shower. The second bedroom, with two high post twin-size beds is serene with breathtaking artwork and a large overstuffed chair. This makes it the perfect place to curl up and relax with a book. The third bedroom at the Ehmann is a fabulous green and white room with two twin-size beds. Seating, plush bedding and beautiful artwork finish this bedroom to make it a restful place to lay your head. Two large, full bathrooms with showers, separate laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer, chest freezer for your catch of the day, and plenty of off street parking are just some of the added benefits you will find at this vacation haven. In the evenings, enjoy this home’s private deck and yard and watch the sun set .You can enjoy an outdoor meal on the charcoal grill or gather in chairs around the fire pit.
