About this house rental

Beachway #12 is a 3-bedroom, 3.5-bath home at the end of the Beachway Community in Port
Aransas, Texas. Its position in the 12-home complex gives it an open quality and views across
downtown Port Aransas, and guests consistently note being able to walk to the harbor, the
fishing pier, and the nearby grocery store from the front door.
The main floor is open-plan, and the living area has a distinct setup. A wide gray sectional with
teal cushions faces the large flat-screen TV, and a large tropical palm leaf painting fills the white
shiplap wall behind it, giving the room a bolder coastal atmosphere than the more understated
interiors in some of the other units. Teal bar stools line the kitchen island, and rattan pendant
lights hang overhead. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances, an under-counter ice maker,
and a coffee maker. A half bath is off the kitchen, and the back door leads to the private pool
area.
Three bedrooms and three full bathrooms are upstairs. The primary bedroom has a king bed,
smart TV, and ensuite bath. The second bedroom also has a king bed and a smart TV. The third
bedroom has a king and a full bed separated by a privacy wall, plus an ensuite bath and a
private balcony with views of downtown Port Aransas. A twin bed in the living room provides a
ninth sleeping spot. The washer and dryer are on the second floor.
The kitchen is fully stocked for cooking at home: stainless steel appliances, under-counter ice
maker, coffee maker, and a well-supplied pantry. The dining table fits the full group, and the
kitchen bar is a natural spot for casual morning meals.
The private pool is fenced in behind the home and directly accessible from the kitchen's back
door. Teal Adirondack chairs and a stretch of astroturf lawn give you an outdoor space that
works for sitting as much as swimming. Pool heating to 80-85 degrees is available on request
for an added fee. The rooftop deck, reached from the second floor, has views of the Port
Aransas skyline and the Gulf in the distance.
Wi-Fi and cable are included. Smart TVs in every bedroom.
Self check-in with a keypad. Three assigned parking spaces at no charge on the property.
The Beachway Community is centrally located in Port Aransas, and Beachway #12's position
within it gives it close proximity to the town's main amenities. Restaurants, bars, and shops are
within easy walking distance. Guests have specifically mentioned walking to the Port Aransas
harbor fishing pier and a nearby grocery store, which makes this unit especially practical for
longer stays. The beach is about a 0.75-mile walk, and golf cart rentals are available nearby.

With the highest guest rating in the portfolio and a location that covers beach proximity, the pier,
and everyday errands, Beachway #12 is the strongest all-around option in the collection.

This house was great. We had 8 people staying and there was plenty of room for all of us to feel comfortable. It is close to several bars, so if they have bands playing it is a little loud. Highly recommend this house.

The location was very good! The rooftop sitting area was delightful. The house was clean and inviting. The kitchen lacked a few amenities. In the bedrooms, there were no night stands so no lamps; phones and drinks were on the floor. While closets aren’t a necessity, having hooks to hang clothes would be nice. Overall, our stay was however very pleasant.

We had a great time at the condo. The location for adults is awesome. You are walking distance to a lot of bars and restaurants which we absolutely enjoyed, but if you have children, I wouldn't recommend staying here as you can hear the music from inside condo. I'm not sure how long this condo community has been here, but they do appear to be fairly new. I would still recommend only a couple things; there are no closets or dresser drawers, therefore, you will have to keep your clothes in your suitcase, or perhaps in one of the other bedrooms, if they're vacant. There aren't any nightstands in case you wanted to charge your phone or keep water at your bedside. You'd need to put on floor. (Ok, maybe these are minor issues) There's also not a blow dryer, which maybe it's just me, but I'm used to having one wherever I've stayed. Other than that, everything was really great, and I wish we could have stayed one more day. Can't forget the pool! It was awesome! P.S. watch out for the mosquitos! I would still stay here again.

Clean house,comfortable beds and easy to find. We never did figure out how to work the TV to watch Monday night game.
