Maui Vista 1403 is a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom loft-style condo featuring partial ocean views, and air-conditioning. Located on the fourth floor, this unit accommodates up to 5 guests with a Queen-sized bed in the master bedroom, two Twin-sized beds in the guest bedroom (which can be combined into a King-sized bed upon request), and an additional Twin-sized bed in the bonus room adjoining off of the loft. Upon entry, you'll be welcomed by abundant natural light and an open-concept living space. The living room is decorated with island-inspired furnishings and décor, and features a large flat-screen TV, ceiling fans, and a split A/C unit for optimal comfort.
The tranquil master bedroom, located on the main floor, offers a Queen-sized bed and a portable A/C unit. Down the hall, you'll find a modern bathroom with a walk-in shower. Upstairs in the loft is the guest bedroom with two Twin-sized beds and another private bathroom with a walk-in shower. The bonus room adjoining off of the loft provides additional space with a Twin-sized bed, perfect for extra guests. Pack light! There is no working Oven or Dryer in this unit.. The fully-equipped kitchen boasts granite countertops, full-size appliances, and ample counter space, including seating for 4. Relax on the private covered lanai with a dining table for two and bench seating, where you can enjoy tropical scenery and partial ocean views.
At Maui Vista Resort, guests can enjoy 3 refreshing pools, tennis courts, and professional-grade gas BBQs, all with no resort fees. The spacious 8.8-acre complex offers complimentary parking, with each building featuring its own pool, elevators, and tennis courts. Location is great. We were able to walk to many restaurants and there is a good beach across the street. Dryer was broken when we arrived which was a bummer, we packed light assuming we could do laundry. They replaced it the day before we left. The kitchen was well stocked with plates, cups, pans etc. was also nice to have beach chairs and cooler.

My husband and I loved almost everything about our stay here. Phenomenal location, easy check-in and parking, responsive host, very well-provisioned apartment, clean, and spacious. Tennis courts were in good condition. Parking was easy. Apartment is less than a 10-minute walk to some of the best food trucks I’ve ever eaten at, and several cafes with good coffee. And the condo is located right across the street from the beach. The only thing we didn’t like was the air conditioning in the master bedroom. As mentioned in another review, it is a loud, bulky, portable AC unit. In our experience these portable ACs are always loud. So, we slept upstairs in the twin beds in the 2nd bedroom (not ideal for a couple). It’s a loft bedroom, open to the living room, so the main AC in the apartment was enough to cool it down. If not for the master bedroom AC, I would give the apartment 5 stars.

The condo is exactly what is depicted in the description. The location is perfect. Everything was clean. Annie responded immediately when we had a question about check in and was accommodating in every way. We had such an amazing experience that we've already booked the condo for January.
