About this villa rental
Fabulous spacious 4-bedroom villa, walled and gated with private pool, lawned garden and a superb outdoor kitchen.
This beautifully designed, well-maintained property is well positioned in a quiet residential area near Boavista Golf course and has lovely views over the countryside and out to sea.
The living-dining area and open plan kitchen are all on the first floor and all lead to a generous sunny south-facing terrace with gas Weber BBQ, dining set for 8, as well as the comfortable sheltered corner lounge set.
At either side of the ground floor are 2 master bedrooms, each with double beds, wall-mounted televisions and en-suite bathrooms (one of which is fantastically spacious with a shower and a corner bathtub). Between them are two twin bedrooms and a family bathroom with both a bath and a shower cubicle.
All the bedrooms lead out onto the pool large terrace and gardens with sun loungers, a poolside lounge area and the outdoor kitchen and dining area with a charcoal BBQ, traditional pizza oven and bar with fridge to keep those drinks chilled!
Further features include high speed internet connection, air conditioning throughout, ping pong table and cable TV. Thoughtful details include a hairdryer in each room, pool towels for each guest, rechargeable lamps for outdoors, and a speaker.
Please note that there are indoor and outdoor stairs to access the upstairs living area and direct access to the pool from all bedrooms which may not be suitable for families with toddlers.

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely villa. The location is peaceful and relaxing—perfect for unwinding—yet it’s only a short ride to the old town, where you’ll find the most beautiful cobbled streets lined with amazing tavernas and restaurants. The area is rich in culture with a warm, welcoming, family-friendly atmosphere. There are no nightclubs or rowdy crowds, which made it all the more enjoyable for a calm getaway.Communication with the host was excellent, and a minor issue we encountered was addressed promptly and professionally. We truly appreciated the care and attention throughout our stay. We would happily return and have no hesitation in recommending this villa to others.
