Welcome to this lovely resort in Tawas City. This charming property features 2 queen bedrooms, a cozy living room with a sofa bed and twin bed, and a well-equipped bathroom with a shower. Guests can enjoy amenities like WiFi, AC, and heating etc. during their stay. Whether you're looking for a relaxing getaway or a fun-filled adventure, this quaint retreat has everything you need. This house is nestled on Lake Huron, with a beach and deck.
A spacious residential structure consisting of this main house connected to four adjoining cabins which we call White Caps Beach Resort.
The cabins are attached side-by-side to the main building, creating a unified complex while still providing separate living spaces. Each cabin has its own entrance, bedroom, and amenities, making the property suitable for extended families, guests, vacation rentals, or group accommodations.
Dogs are not to be left alone in the house. Must be on a leash on all times outside of the house.
Walk dogs by road not on the beachfront yard or middle of parking lot.
We have cameras in place that monitor the parking lot and water only for outside security.
Do not dig around CITY OWNED pipe on beach.
If you use the grill move 50ft. away or go to designated grill area from house while using per insurance.
Don’t leave fire pit unattended.

This place had the perfect view of the lake. Very clean and well maintained. The beds were a little soft but the view and the beach front makes up for that. I would definitely stay here again.

I wouldn’t stay in this resort unless you have the unit I was in. The view was great. The deck was nice to sit on. A couple of times that we came into the unit is smelled like weed, I dont know if someone was smoking in the next building over and the smell was seeping into our unit. We didn’t have any problems until checkout. The host then was harassing me about having extra guests stay In which I did not and sent me an extra guest fee even after I explained I only had 4 people per night. I still don’t understand even if I would have had an extra person or 2 come why I would have gotten a fee when it clearing states that it sleeps 7 people. Other than this I’m needed stressful check out everything was fine with our stay. Although I would not stay here again because of the last day hassle. I would have given 4 stars only for location.
