About this farm stay rental
Your home away from home on Terlingua Ranch with 2 bedrooms, 20 acres to yourselves at the foot of a mountain. This terrific Container/farmhouse offers a king bed, sofa bed, queen bed, and crib for a comfortable stay. With amenities like AC, WiFi, and heating, guests can relax in the cozy atmosphere. It’s replete with the owners art. The 2 bathrooms feature showers for convenience. Indoor and outdoor. We are located 20 mins away from Ghost town on purpose. We like our peace and quiet.
We have an outdoor BBQ area, a Bocce ball court, ample room for outdoor games and grilling. Some hard road surfaces for kids bike riding. There's a lovely firepit you can also grill off.
A great place to call homebase while you're away, we hope you enjoy your stay.

We rolled into the desert in the middle of the night, my family of 5 (and our dog) and found the place with no problems. Everything was just as described. We had a few issues with the power, but Nick was so communicative and honestly, the containers stay so warm at night (even when the temps drop below freezing) that we only rarely turned on the heat! The firepit outside is perfect to cook on and the wide open spaces are unbeatable. If you’re traveling with kids, bikes are great (but training wheels don’t work well- too slippery). There is a gas grill but only the side burner works, still it’s nice to have if the wind kicks up. It’s the perfect place to launch all your adventures from or to just hang around and enjoy the desert.
