The building operates a centralized HVAC system in accordance with municipal regulations. Heating runs from October 13 to May 1, while air conditioning is available from May 15 to October 1. During seasonal transitions, HVAC adjustments are managed by the building association based on outdoor temperatures.

The entire trip was perfectly pleasant. The check-in process was easy and there was lots of communication explaining how the building worked. The apartment itself was clean, well stocked, and even had nice touches like additional blankets for cozy up on the couch. The shower pressure was awesome, and that’s so important in large buildings. The building itself is conveniently located one block from a Whole Foods and very close to the metro and restaurants. We were able to walk everywhere we needed to go, and got to enjoy the city. The view from the balcony is amazing and really makes you feel like you’re getting the DC experience. I’ll definitely stay here again!
