The vacation rental is located on the upper floor of a vacation home with a total of 6 units. It is available for rent year-round and accommodates up to 2 people. It features a combined living room and bedroom with a balcony. The completely renovated apartment is located right on the waterfront and is comfortably and modernly equipped with a kitchenette, shower/toilet, TV, and radio. A washing machine is available for use by all vacation apartments. A bread roll delivery service is offered. A barbecue area is available for your use. Bedding and towels are included. A travel crib and a high chair can be provided upon request. There are good shopping options in the town of Usedom, approximately 5 km away. Check-in is available starting at 4:00 p.m. (or by telephone arrangement), and check-out is by 10:00 a.m.

Far from mass tourism and public roads, you can experience and discover the island’s unspoiled nature and charming landscape. The large waterfront property, featuring its own marina and boat ramp, includes a sunbathing area, barbecue spots, and parking. You are welcome to bring your own sailboats and motorboats. Boat trips and water skiing are available for a small fee. Motorboats are available for rent. Rowboats are available free of charge. The area offers ideal opportunities for anglers and water sports enthusiasts. The completely renovated apartments are located right on the water in the small village of Kölpin.



Check-in is from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00, and check-out is from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
