It features a spacious private terrace with outdoor dining area, private parking, a heated pool open all year, and a fully equipped communal gym.
The master bedroom includes a king-size bed (180x200 cm), built-in wardrobes, and an en-suite bathroom with shower and hydromassage bathtub. The second bedroom, ideal for children or friends, offers two single beds (90x200 cm). There is also a second full bathroom with shower and a guest toilet.
The bright and spacious living-dining room has a sofa, Smart TV, armchairs, and a table for six. The independent kitchen is fitted with high-end appliances and full kitchenware.
Although located on the ground floor, access requires four steps, so it is not suitable for guests with reduced mobility.
Set in a quiet beachfront residential area, close to beach bars, supermarkets, beach clubs, and golf courses such as Los Flamingos or El Paraíso. Just minutes from Puerto Banús, Estepona, and Marbella, and well connected to Sotogrande and Málaga Airport.

Consequently, entry to the property is strictly prohibited for persons not registered as guests. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in an additional charge amounting to 50% of the total cost of the stay as a penalty, or alternatively, immediate expulsion from the accommodation.
