THINGS TO KNOW:
-When booking for 30+ nights, your stay will not be confirmed until an additional C.A.R. residential lease agreement is signed within 48 hours of initial sending
-Cancellation policy is outlined in your C.A.R. agreement which will state that NO REFUNDS shall be granted, except for dates that get RE-booked by another party
-When booking for 30+ nights, there will be an additional required refundable security deposit due upon booking equal to the first month's rent, or $5k, whichever is lesser.
- When booking for 30+ nights, additional utility fee of $30/night will apply and will be outlined in your C.A.R. residential lease agreement upon booking
-When booking for 30+ nights, 1 mid-stay cleaning will be required per 30 days rented at a variable-option cleaning rate
-Spa Heat is not included in pricing and is fully optional. If desired, a fee of $55 per day with a 3 day minimum must be paid prior to check-in. Guests can contact SunnyDays after booking to purchase spa heat for your stay. Please note taxes and processing fees apply.
-If your grand total is over $10k, additional security deposit will be required to be paid after booking to equal 10% of your grand total.
-This home is in a quiet neighborhood and is only suitable for quieter groups. Our rental agreement includes a no-tolerance policy regarding excessive noise, occupancy, or parties, and the property is monitored with cameras and decibel meters as required by city ordinances. Deposit forfeitures and evictions are strictly enforced. Please make sure you are comfortable with these policies.
