This Sunriver vacation home is located on the first fairway of the Woodlands Golf Course (Golf Passes Not Included), offering five bedrooms over 2,200 square feet, and room for the whole family and your furry friends! great views and numerous resort amenities, as well as 12 SHARC passes and a private hot tub.
The large and open downstairs is light and bright offering space to gather for meals, play games, or enjoy the wall-mounted, flat-screen TV with cable for watching movies or games, a surround sound stereo system, and WiFi.
The open kitchen leads to the large dining room with a formal table that seats eight and extra seating right at the breakfast bar. Or dine on the expansive deck and enjoy all the seasons Sunriver has to offer. In the kitchen, you'll find everything from a refrigerator, stove/oven, and dishwasher, to a coffee grinder, a mixer, and a toaster.
Settle back in one of the comfy Adirondack chairs and watch the action on the fairway, sip some iced tea, or enjoy a glass of wine after dinner. The deck also houses a large Hot tub to soothe your muscles while you gaze up at the stars after a full day cycling or snowshoeing.
Two of the bedrooms are equipped with twin-over-full bunk beds, each with bright bedding and comfortable accessories. The other three bedrooms each have a king-sized bed, providing a snuggly space for everyone in your group. All of these bedrooms have stylish details and two of the king rooms even have their own deck or balcony access. This home will comfortably sleep 12 guests, including two dogs.
Additionally, there are three full bathrooms, including a Jacuzzi tub and a private sauna. Other amenities include a laundry room with a full-sized washer and dryer, as well as a ping pong and foosball table. Everyone in your group will find something to entertain them here, including the provided 12 complimentary SHARC recreational passes.

It was nice, great location and affordable given the other options. The only problem was the oven did not get hot enough for cooking so we barbecued.

Pros: Sharc passes, hot tub, a/c and 5 bedrooms with decent beds. Location and neighborhood was good. Pet friendly is a bonus. Cons: the deck is very unsafe near the hot tub, nails sticking out on many boards of the deck and dry rot pieces of wood on the deck/bench area outside. The oven barely worked and the light in the sauna was a safety hazard. The house is outdated overall but the floor plan is good. There was trash from the previous stay that was supposed to be picked up but never was and we couldn't find any all purpose cleaner so we ended up purchasing our own.
