Parking hazard:
- There is no garage or covered area for parking on this property. Florida parking carries such risks such as fallen branches, trees, coconuts, tree sap, wild animal damage and flooding from rains and hurricanes. Park at your own risk
Cleanliness:
- Please properly dispose of the garbage when full.
- Please place garbage bins in front by the mailbox night before pick up and return them once emptied.
- DO NOT leave food out, it will attract ants, bugs and also risk it spoiling with mildew due to humidity
- Please clean your dishes after use to avoid bad oder and bugs
Pet Rules:
- Pet must be approved before booking
- Please clean up after your pet both inside and outside the house
- We provide poop bags, peewee pads and dog bowls
- Please keep pets on leash at all time when outside
- Please do not leave your pet unattend for extensive amount of hours in the property
- Be mindful of the neighbors keeping your dog quiet
- Pets are not allowed on the sofa or bed

The unit is a great convenient location to casinos and beaches. The unit exceeded our expectations. Extremely pet friendly, yard fenced in and dog bowls etc. bed is very comfortable. Towels and bedding very nice. Everything is there to stay( qtips, bathmats, blow dryers . Cooking spices) Small unit but perfect for a couple. We are realtors and make different trips to this area so we will definitely be back!

This place was perfect.. just got off cruise ship.. needed a quiet place to unwind close to port and close to airport with food/shopping close by.. place was clean and so well stocked she has thought of everything you might have forgotten. Thank you if ever back there will definitely be looking your place up

Very cute relaxing place to stay for 2 nights. Very close to the things we wanted to do in Ft Lauderdale Host was great to work with!
