Kitchen appliances: stove and oven are of poor quality; burners on the stove are off or at max temp; oven doesn't reach temperature. Two Teflon frying pans should be removed; they're both chipping Teflon particles.

Lovely condo, ideally situated with beach literally outside. Nice walking distance to restaurants and bars yet far enough to avoid the noise.

The host communicated the instructions for accessing the condo via a lockbox in the parking lot. It was great that the building has covered parking. The condo is in excellent shape, very spacious and has a full kitchen with stove, oven, microwave and dishwasher. It has a TV with cable and the Internet is very good. I was able to connect my Roku box to the TV and WiFi so we could get our streaming services. Having 2 bathrooms with showers was very convenient. The bedroom has a walk in closet with drawers for storage. There is also a washer/dryer combo unit. It washes well but takes forever to dry. There is also a covered patio with a view of the beach. Beach towels were provided. One item that could be improved is the bed. The mattress sags in the middle and it’s very squeaky. In terms of supplies, there were a few things missing that we’ve seen in other similar VRBO units namely bar soap in the bathrooms, soap for the dishwasher, facial tissues, and a spare roll of paper towels.

The building was well looked after, nicely furnished, quick access to the beach, restaurants and convenience store.Accessing the condo on arrival was tricky as we were a day late arriving, didn,t have internet, and the owner's inteabtrickk
