    I booked the Araliya Dome specifically for its design and features, but upon arrival, I was given a completely different dome without any prior notice or explanation. When I asked about it, the staff provided no clear reason or attempt to rectify the situation. For a premium glamping experience, I expected much better communication and respect for confirmed bookings. While the location is undeniably beautiful, the poor management and lack of accountability left a bad impression. If specific dome selection matters to you, I would recommend confirming multiple times or considering alternative accommodations. Very disappointed in how this was handled.
