On the outskirts, 900 m from the centre of Schönecken, in a quiet position on top of a hill, 20 m from the edge of the forest, 25 km from the lake, 20 m from the stream. For shared use: park 1 ha, lawn for sunbathing 400 m2, pond. Table tennis, volleyball, patio (30 m2), barbecue, children's playground (slide, swing, sandbox). In the complex: reception, central heating system, washing machine (extra), tumble dryer (for shared use, extra). Parking at the house. Central parking spaces.
