About this house rental
Summary:
Poly, gay, nudist couple sharing their clothing-optional mini-resort, including:

Our home is situated under the redwoods and near beach access, in a quiet, residential neighborhood 1 mile from downtown Guerneville.
The neighborhood includes access to the Russian River, to swim or relax on the beaches and get in a stroll or play with any pups joining your stay.
The Space:
We are a gay couple that are sharing three of four bedrooms in our home for periods we are living here. The home is periodically available as for rent as an entire home while we are away. We hope to create a space for guests to enjoy our bathhouse facilities and socialize with other like minded community members seeking a respite from the rigors of city/suburban life.
Our bathhouse facilities (i.e. hot tub, steam room, sauna) are clothing optional. The shared pool with the next door vacation rental requires a bathing suit unless that home's vacation guests consent as well.

Guest Access:
Guests will have a key-code secured bedroom and shared access to the common areas (kitchen, living room, outdoor spaces.) This includes the separately fenced in pool that is shared with our next door vacation rental. Parking is available on the street or driveway.
The Neighborhood:
Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. We are opening rooms to our river retreat home to guests to share with travelers seeking a respite under the redwoods in our clothing optional spa retreat.
We have created a small apartment for ourselves in the lower level and will be renting individual bedrooms where we look forward to meeting travelers looking to enjoy the spa like facilities throughout out home, including pool, hot tub, outdoor sauna, steam room and hot shower.
Getting Around:
The neighborhood provides a nice 0.5 mile circle to stroll around and an easy walk to town. Giant redwood trees abound to keep the neighborhood cool with a short walk to the beaches to feel the full heat of a hot summer day.
Other Things to Note:
Pets are welcome but children are not. Clothing optional use of bathhouse facilities.
Interaction with Guests:
We anticipate being present to socialize with guests.
