Very clean and well presented property all the instructions from the staff were easy and the stay was enjoyable
Only a small thing but no travel cot for babies/toddlers

Clean and had most of what we needed.
No keys to open windows. It was a boiling hot day. Perhaps some fans for future guests? Also being 3 girls getting ready for Ascot we didn’t have enough mirrors Sink in bathroom was blocked

The apartment was fine for a short-term stay. It had the basic amenities and was clean upon arrival. The location was convenient, close to public transport and shops, which made things easier. We had a good long weekend here!
We liked our stay. However, the furniture was a bit dated, and the kitchen lacked some useful items. Overall, it did the job, but there’s a little room for improvement.

good location and availability of parking. Ground floor flat.
not enough cutlery or crockery, glasses ,cups plates etc for four people staying in apartment. Pans in awful state and were binned. However this was rectified the next day with provision of new pans and crockery. Dishwasher faulty and didn't wash dishes. Television doesn't show live tv. Advertised coffee maker and hairdryer not present. Prroblems with entry code on arrival. Entry to building is up steps so may be a problem if guest has mobility issues
