Dissatisfied! Under renovation- not ready to be rented yet!
The location was good, however completely overshadowed by the many problems with the apartment.
The exhausting process to access the keys upon arrival; the dirty bath towels and intercom; closets without doors; exposed wires in the bedroom suite; loose flooring; an uncontrollable shower temperature; patio furniture piled in the corner - very different from the pictures provided at the app; loose pieces of granite on the balcony; two washer-dryer units (one in the kitchen and one by the dining table - but neither could be used, despite the daily rate of over R$1.100,00, and a few other issues.

Amamos a cobertura! Tudo impecável! Bem iluminada, colchões confortáveis, roupas de cama e toalhas limpas, muito bem localizada e prédio muito silencioso. Ideal para família, por ter 2 quartos e 2 banheiros (1 suite), geladeira grande, microondas, etc. Recomendamos o apartamento!

Localização, apto igual ao descrito, dicas excelentes das anfitriãs, chuveiro eletrônico e silencioso. Voltarei com certeza!
Gostei de tudo. Só penso ser importante alertar que o elevador não vai até a cobertura (caso alguém tenha mobilidade reduzida). Tem um lance de escadas.
