Blisko do centrum starówki, cicha okolica do spania, możliwość rezerwacji parkingu,
Brak recepcji na miejscu, obsługa i uwagi tylko telefonicznie (telefony nie są odbierane), śniadania tylko w formie kateringu, już pierwszego dnia śniadanie opóźnione i brak informacji telefonicznej o przyczynie, nie można było się dodzwonić do restauracji ani do obsługi hotelu, w pokoju karafka na wodę z informacją że woda do nabrania na parterze lecz tam wody brak, pod drugim telefonie do obsługi i przekazaniu, że nie ma wody usłyszałem że nie musi być bo nie ma tego w ofercie (to po co ta karafka i informacja), woda uzupełniona po dwóch dniach, auto na parkingu zablokowane przez inny samochód przez całą niedzielę co uniemożliwiło nam wyjazd do Kórnika.
