Gardenias Friends&Family Beach Appartment

A beautifully renovated apartment, just one block from the wonderful beach promenade in Santiago de la Ribera. I just loved my stay there! The beach promenade is wonderful for walking and biking and, if I had been there in warmer months, I’d have loved to go kayaking on the Mar Menor. Patrycija, the hostess, was super-easy to communicate with and she responded very quickly to any questions I had. She also - because it worked with the schedule - kindly accommodated early check-in and later check-out. The apartment was very clean and very well equipped. The balcony was an added bonus that I really enjoyed. While the apartment offers garage-parking, there was plenty of convenient street-parking available. All in all, this is just a terrific apartment that I hope to return to soon! For anyone who - like myself, until now - hasn’t previously been to the Murcia-region, I highly recommend this gem of a “forgotten” Spanish region! Both the immediate area around the apartment and the Murcia-region as a whole offer a wealth of different kinds of activities - whether cultural or outdoor adventures- all within easy reach. Whether you enjoy lazy days on the beach, water-sports, or hiking or biking on beach promenades, in the Calablanque regional park, or in the Sierra de Espuña, Murcia offers amazing outdoor activities for every energy-level. And, if you’re looking for cultural options, I highly recommend the towns of Murcia, Cartagena and Lorca. Their old towns are just beautiful! This region is truly Spain’s “forgotten gem” and this apartment offers a wonderful base to explore it from!

Very clean and modern apartment with everything needed for a comfortable stay.

Spanish electrics tripping but it was quickly resolved by the host to their credit.

En general fue todo perfecto. La ubicación a dos minutos de la playa, el apartamento era súper acogedor y muy bonito. Todo realmente perfecto. Hubo un pequeño problema con el termo eléctrico y Patryja lo solucionó rapidísimo. Sin duda, volveremos a ir.

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja. 2 minuty do plaży. Super widok z tarasu. Wiewiórki + papugi towarzyszą przy śniadaniu na tarasie.
