Door Code would not work upon my arrival

I liked the view, close to the tourist town and everything was very tidy and clean inside the house.

I didn’t like that there was only one bathroom.

This was a nice little cabin in a fantastic location. The road wasn't scary to get to it like some cabin roads can be. The driveway can comfortably fit 2 cars. The hot tub was fantastic, it was very clean and had just enough privacy. The indoor jacuzzi tub was also really nice, just be aware if you have a big and tall husband like I do, it'll be a tight squeeze for 2. There was plenty of seating on the back porch. Although you can't see a lot of mountain views, there are still some mountain tops you can see above the trees from the back porch and from the top floor windows from inside, which was nice. The top floor gaming area was fantastic!! My husband and I had a blast with the multicade, and there was also an air hockey table and even an Xbox you could use. The main bed was comfortable for the most part. The kitchen had everything we needed - big fridge, oven, microwave, toaster, a drip coffee machine + kcup coffee machine, along with dishware and cookware. The downstairs TV was a smart TV which was nice. The bathroom and kitchen were very clean, and there were plenty of bath towels and hand/body soaps provided. I love that the cabin was also no more than a 15min drive to any food and activities we wanted to do. There was a Texas Roadhouse only 6 minutes away which was awesome. Magiquest, mini golf and the Titanic museum were under 15mins away, along with lots of other restaurants and activities.

The carpet could definitely use either a deep cleaning or a replacement, and same goes for the throw pillows. The main bed didn't have an actual blanket, just a thin decorative sham top, but since it was just my husband and I staying there, we just used one of the quilts from the top floor bunks as a blanket and it worked out fine. The kitchen could use a new baking sheet. There was no dish soap or complimentary coffee provided, so you'll have to buy your own. The main TV speaker would kinda cut in and out, it would go from quiet back to loud back and forth, but not a big deal. It would also be nice if the front porch entrance had a little gate or something to close it off, since it wraps all the way around to the back where the tub is (only because I worry about the possibility of a bear or something coming around to the back while we enjoy a soak in the hot tub lol, it would make it feel a little safer in that sense).

The location was good. Located between Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. If you're looking for a mountain view, this cabin isn't for you. The community was clean. Traffic was not bad, but cabins are close by and noise was a bit more than we would have liked and we have kids so we get it...

The pictures did not properly represent the rental. The cabin has much more wear and tear than anticipated. The twin beds were not comfortable at all, luckily the pull out couch was more comfortable. Throw pillows and bedding are old and falling apart. The carpet needs to be cleaned.
