Great location. Used the outdoor area a lot as weather was warm. Place was clean and tidy. Small fans worked a treat. Portable air conditioners were almost useless.
The stairs are a hassle, but we knew that before we arrived. Left our suitcases in lounge as too much effort to great up stairs. The downstairs bedroom was hot and noisy. My adult daughters ended up staring upstairs as it was impossible to sleep due to noise from trains, adjacent property and heat.
