Apartamento excelente, bem localizado, muito bem decorado e equipado.

Our stay was overall excellent and we would gladly recommend this accommodation. The apartment is perfectly equipped – the kitchen has absolutely everything you might need (appliances, dishes, plates), and having a washing machine and dryer is a huge advantage, especially for longer stays. All the beds were very comfortable and we slept very well throughout our stay. A big highlight was the wonderful balcony, where we enjoyed our breakfasts every morning – a really pleasant and relaxing spot. The private parking space was also perfect and made our stay much easier. The host communicates immediately, is very friendly, and everything we agreed on was fulfilled exactly as promised. There were no issues at all and communication was flawless. The only small downside was the cleaning – it could be improved, and it might be worth discussing this with the cleaning company. Some unnecessary decorative items tend to hold odors, so after arrival it takes a little while to air out the apartment. This is a minor detail, but it slightly affects an otherwise nearly perfect experience. Despite this, we were very happy with our stay. Thank you very much, and if we travel to Miami again, we would definitely choose this apartment again.

The cleaning could be improved, and some unnecessary decorative items tend to hold odors, so the apartment needs some airing out after arrival.

Everything was easy and straightforward . The check-in process was simple and efficient. The unit itself was just as described and pictured, possibly better as it was bigger than I expected. The place is well furnished and very clean. If you’re looking for a well located and well appointed place to stay in Hollywood, this is it.

One thing we would have liked to have had was dimmers on the some of the lighting. Some of the overhead lighting was a bit bright, but it was easily addressed but not turning on all of the lights, just alternating the overheads and the lamps.

We were the first to use the apartment so it was very clean. We like the location and we liked the size of the building; boutique style. Loved having a washer and dryer, plus a vacuum at our disposal. The owner greeted us upon arrival and was very nice, but didn't understand why we were upset not having three bedrooms as advertised. The owner provides plenty of towels and bedding and we appreciated that. We laundered towels every few days regardless. There are no beach towels for your use. The kitchen is stocked well for cooking, but needs things like hot pads for the oven and better cooking utensils. Plates, bowls and drinking wares are ample and appreciated. Having parking was a great bonus as well. The front desk staff were always kind.

I did not like that it is ADVERTISED as a 3- bedroom and it's NOT a 3-bedroom. Photos of the listing attached which CLEARLY read "1 living room and 3 separate bedrooms" but there are two bedrooms and a bed in the living room. The owner was there when I arrived and when I questioned him said "There are no 3-bedrooms in the building." He did offer a partial refund but it was Spring Break and there was no way we would find anything same-day in Hollywood Beach. The dishwasher didn't wash the dishes so we had to hand wash everything and we prefer to cook. We also didn't like the owner received many amazon packages during our stay but never communicated they would be arriving or what we should do with them so they started to take up a lot of our living space; some were large. It was just an inconvenience when we were already limited on space not having three bedrooms. We also were not in the room which was advertised and pictured.
