Anujji is a very friendly and responsible host. He was always available to take care of all our requirements. His manager Bahadur at the property was also very helpful. The washing machine at the apartment is excellent and useful given that this is a beach destination. The kitchen is very well equipped. All the little touches at this beautifully decorated and conveniently located apartment ( within 10-15 mins of Calangute, Sinquerim and Candolim beaches) make this a home away from home

It is a great property

The flat is pristine. It has everything you could possibly need. Anuj ( The landlord) has thought of everything. Entry was easy and well thought out. The caretaker let us in and showed us around and gave keys. There is also a keysafe if needed. Anuj was a fantastic communicator. Sending me location and all passwords etc. He couldn't do enough for us. The pool is pristine and only saw one other lady use it once. There is a 24/7 security person on the gate too who was very nice and helpful too. I highly recomend this flat.I will definately come again and recomend it to friends. We stayed an extra night as it was so good.
