The compound was nice and the metal gate locked nicely, they did let me check in alittle early which was nice
There was mould growing on the roof in the unit and you could see it had just been painted over and was growing through and Verry heavily in the bathroom area, the glass door did not lock at all

The roof fan was the only fan in the property and was not working properly - hence it was very hot. The tv was also not working - no signal
