Very clean
Needs pest spraying as had some large cockroaches But not a huge problem

Very Spacious & had evertlything we needed.
We had to kill 4 cockroaches inside the property. Mattresses in master & bed 3 were not overly comfortable. Rooms also need blackout curtains. We were woken around 6am each day from the morning sun.

Backyard was nice and big. Wifi and tv were good.
There were only 3 glasses and 3 wine glasses for 4 guests. Kitchen needed a thorough clean. Lounge was old and cushions were saggy. No instructions were found for the evaporative cooler in the second bedroom.
