Good location and decent stay

The location was very good for walking to the beach and also to public transport. The supermarket is also very close and there are plenty of places to eat and drink close by. It was nice to have a fridge and air conditioning. The apt was cozy and has everything you need.

The coffee machine did not work which was frustrating as we had bought coffee pods but could not use them. There was also no batteries in the remote for the airconditioning so we had to buy some. There is no air conditioning in the bedroom so you have to run it a lot to make it reach the room. I had to buy a fan as it was quite stuffy with no window to open. It is also a bit noisy at night.

Clean modern studio but far from city center.

Modern and clean studio. Nice bathroom too. Alot of ammenities was included felt likea hotel. Such as bodygel, shampoo, towels. Kitchen also includes cooking ammenities, there is a fridge, a combi microwave oven and a dishwasher. All cleaning product are provided in the studio. Supermarket is in closeby, so are alot of shops.

They give 1 bodywash and 5 bottle shampoo which was weird (small bottle 1 to 2 uses only). It was hard to find the location. We booked 150A but instead got the pincode to the key locker of 150B. The studio apartment was also quite far from the city center.

All in all, great stay for a week.

Location was great (close to the beach, tran 1 to the center, cafes, restaurants, and Albert Heijn). The beds were comfortable and we had pretty much everything we needed the week.

The walls are thin. We could hear our neighbors conversations. Also, since the property is at street level, the windows are frosted so it can sometimes feel a little cooped up. Absolutely no view. It also would have been nice to have at least a small washing machine.

Top für einen Kurztrip zu zweit

Top Lage an sich für einen Kurztrip zu zweit perfekt, zu dritt schon etwas eng.

Besteck sehr dürftig, 3 Gabeln, 3 Löffel etc. Keine Kuscheldecke für das Sofa. Leider hat es zum Glück nur in der letzten Nacht nach dem Sturm aus dem oberen Oberlicht Fenster stark herunter getropft.

À proximité de la plage et des commerces !! Génial pour profiter de la mer

Parking payant partout à 35 euros la journée c’est dans toute la ville obligé d’aller dans des parking fermé car le temps de parking dans la rue est limité !!

Heerlijk verblijf op een top locatie

Ik heb vooraf de recensies gelezen en vond het spannend over wat ik aan zou treffen maar ik heb niks van de negatieve punten terug gezien Dus ik ben positief verrast Geen persoonlijke communicatie nodig gehad maar de uitleg was duidelijk dus het ook niet nodig geweest

Nicht zu empfehlen

Nur die Lage - strandnah sowie zahlreiche Essens- und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in unmittelbarer Nähe

Wir haben uns hier sehr unwohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung war nicht sauber (Flecken auf der Couch und auf den Möbeln; z.T. dreckiges und unbrauchbares Geschirr) und die war ständig von Ameisen befallen wegen fehlender Abdichtung an der Tür. Fehlende Lüftung, da sich die Fenster nicht öffnen lassen. Es sind keine Rollos oder Vorhänge vorhanden im Schlafbereich, sodass man das Zimmer nicht abdunkeln kann und der Schlaf dadurch massiv gestört wird. Der Staubsauger saugte nicht richtig und die Kaffeemaschine hat zwischendurch immer wieder den Geist aufgegeben. Am aller schlimmsten noch: es wird angepriesen, der Parkplatz sei nur 2-5 Min zu Fuß von der Unterkunft entfernt. Laut Google-Maps ist dieser 16 Min (!) entfernt und je nachdem, ob man mit Kindern oder Gepäck unterwegs ist, braucht man bis dahin unter Umständen noch länger. Überhaupt nicht zu empfehlen und schade ums Geld.

Un appartement fait pour dormir uniquement. On ne s’y sent pas bien !!!

L’emplacement

Le confort est spartiate et la propreté laisse à désirer. Seule la salle de bain était propre. Le carrelage de la cuisine et des chambres n’est jamais lavé. Il ne fallait pas marcher pieds nus si vous ne vouliez pas avoir les pieds sales. En arrivant des taches sous la table n’avaient pas été nettoyées et étaient recouvertes de fourmis. Les ustensiles de cuisines étant très vieux, ils étaient sales : casseroles, poêle ! Quelqu’un ferait le ménage correctement, un produit serait répandu pour les foumis. Par ailleurs, si la plaque de cuisson avait été nettoyée, elle n’aurait pas affiché (Lo). La personne aurait dû la déverrouiller. Cela nous aurait évité un message… les draps et taies d’oreiller pas repassés. Pour un 4 étoiles…. Une personne nous accueillerait comme il se doit, nous aurions pu échanger sur ces points. Mais c’est plus facile de vivre dans le digital et de rester incognito. On encaisse, on fait du profit et au suivant !!! Personne ne daigne se déranger pour vous accueillir, ni au départ !! Vive les boites à clé….
