Overall, the space itself is good, but the location and procedures make the stay unnecessarily complicated.

The place was nice and spacious, but the location was very difficult to find. If I had not arranged to meet someone to pick up the keys, I would not have been able to reach the property, as it is located deep inside a very dark alley. The room had many facilities, but there is still room for improvement. It would be worth investing in a clothes dryer. The hot water worked well, and showering was comfortable. However, there were several policies that did not make sense. A room deposit was required, which I have never encountered when booking through Booking.com. There was also a cleaning fee, yet guests were still required to clean the room themselves, remove the bed sheets, and take out the trash. It is unclear why an additional cleaning fee is charged when guests must do all of these tasks. In addition, guests have to pay extra to arrange a meeting for key handover, and at checkout the key must be returned to a specific location. This process is inconvenient. A digital lock with an access code would be much simpler and is commonly used by other properties. Lastly, only one roll of toilet paper was provided for the entire stay, which was not sufficient and required guests to buy more themselves.

Perfect place in Chambéry!

The apartment was in a great location, centrally located in the Centerville. It was very well appointed with everything you’d need and also very clean. Julia was responsive and easy to communicate with. From the photos and art it is clear she is a traveler and understands what it is that makes a lodging very comfortable. I can’t say enough. Well done!

La localisation centrale, la surface de l’appartement (idéalement pour 2 adultes et 2 enfants), le charme des poutres et pierres apparentes, les installations (douche, baignoire, écran géant)

Même s’il ne s’agit pas d’un hôtel, une réserve de papier toilette aurait pu être bienvenue.

La jolie rénovation d'un patrimoine ancien typique dans une petite ruelle à deux pas de tous les commerces et restaurants.

Le manque de ventilateurs vu la chaleur malgré une exposition peu ensoleillée. La clim serait un plus vu la chaleur chambérienne.
