From check-in , during my stay and check-out , the care and service from staff was just amazing.I truly give them 10 out of 10. The Superior Room was super clean with comfortable bed and quality linen
The room was just a big continuous space without privacy. The toilet , shower and bathtub don't have doors. Imagine sitting on the bedside sofa eating a fruit and watching someone using a toilet , it can't be right and healthy.
As a Boutique Hotel , am sure management can afford to offer a Full Bouquet ie TV channels.My next door neighbours were talking full blast almost the whole night , my sleep was terribly disturbed. I actually went to the Security Kiosk around 4h30 am to complain but found no one in the kiosk

The stuff was very friendly, easy to check in and check out
Our room didn’t have hot water,had to boil using a kettle. The tub was draining water even when it was closed
