Lokacija apartmaja je odlična saj se apartma nahaja na mirni lokaciji. Pred apartmajem je velika terasa, kjer lahko v miru spiješ kavo. Klima dela odlično. Apartma je primeren za družino, nahaja se v bližini plaže, trgovine..
V apartmaju bi bilo potrebno dobro očistiti predale kjer je jedilni pribor saj se v njih nabira umazanija. Jedilni pribor ni bil čist. Odstraniti bi bilo potrebno zavese in popraviti balkonska vrata in nabaviti nove brisače saj so te že zelo stare. Manjkajo pa tudi komarniki.
