At the lobby, the guards and staff were very accommodating and respectful. I stayed in Unit 817-A from November 22, 2025 to December 3, 2025 with my mom and 8-year-old sister. Ate Rosemarie was also very accommodating throughout our stay. She personally assisted us from the lobby to the unit. The location is very convenient—just a 7-minute walk to SM Mall of Asia, SMX Convention Center, and nearby landmarks. The moment we stepped in, the unit was clean and had a good ambience. The balcony offered a very nice view directly facing SM MOA. There was a cabinet for clothes and storage, along with a few hangers. The bedroom had a comfortable bed, and there was also a comfy sofa bed in the living room. There was even an extra mattress above the cabinet, though we didn’t need it. Internet connectivity was fast since the unit has its own Wi-Fi. There was a fully automatic washing machine, very handy because we brought only a few clothes. A thin portable clothes rack was provided; clothes can only be hung outside at night, while daytime drying should be done indoors. The unit had an induction cooker with one large pan and an aluminum cooking pot, which was enough for us since we usually prepared only breakfast. Other appliances included a large refrigerator, a small rice cooker, a heater, and a microwave oven. The Smart TV was a plus, my sister enjoyed watching YouTube Kids on it. We didn’t have time to use the pool, but it was available, and accordingly, the fee was P150 per person for the whole day (6:00 AM to 10:00 PM). We had no issues with any of the sinks (kitchen, lavatory, or shower area).

I had a bit of trouble getting the shower to a comfortable warm/ normal temperature; it jumps from hot to slightly cold; or maybe I get cold too easily😅

I like the easy access throughout the mall and stores.
