The cleanest of the place, the location

I loved everything

Clean, comfortable accommodation in a quiet side-street off Heath St, closely located to at least three different subway stops - including not just Heath St (less than 5 mins walk away) but also Brookline Village on the Riverside Green Line, and Jackson Square on the Orange Line. Also no more than 15 minutes walk to plenty of stores and food places. Shared bathroom and shared kitchen available, and great wifi. And on top of that, the live-in owner was friendly and very helpful, and had some quiet and pleasant classical music playing on a device in the kitchen at times. i found it a very good place to stay for 3 nights.

I have no complaints, give the very reasonable price I paid (less than half of what nearby hotels were asking when I booked only a few weeks ahead of time).

Location close to Longwood medical area an easy 1 mile to the Dana Farber / Harvard Medical and there is a StopNShop kind of within that loop.

Everything was set up nice and clean ! I could suggest more furniture like a desk/ table in the bedroom to put suitcase unpacked. Also how about a coffee table in front of the couch in the TV area to set your beverage and snacks.

No place to hang clothes. No table in the room! The windows were leaky and it rained the whole morning in the room. The bathroom was very dirty, fully of hair from previous guest.! The dustbin in the kitchen was full of garbage, unpleasant stench! No towels available until I contacted the caretaker. A partial refund is mandatory.
