La zona es muy linda y está muy a gusto

Las escaleras están un poco peligrosas si vas con adultos mayores o niños y las escaleras de la laguna también están un poco resbalosas

La ubicacion , Que es un alojamiento a la orilla de la laguna

The location was perfect as it was very close to town. Great access to the water and lots of room at the property. Strong AC for bedrooms was a plus!

It was easy to get to the keys although it was a bit of an inconvenience to have to unlock the gate, drive through, and lock it back every single time we came in and out of the property. The house is quite rundown with broken concrete everywhere, peeling or missing paint & no lighting or handrails on the stairs which made it very difficult to come home at night. The pictures do not reflect the rundown condition at all as they show a freshly painted property. It is also not well-stocked for 4 adults to stay 7 nights - 4 glasses & 4 coffee cups, 5 forks, no sharp knives (all of the 3 blades were broken, bent, and none were sharp at all), 2 very cheap, flimsy bowls, 2 frying pans that everything stuck to as the surface is scratched off. For 7 nights, we were provided with 1 large and one small dish towel, one bath towel per person with no hand or washcloths, no kitchen bags (only tiny bathroom garbage bags), and nothing else. The trash can at the top of the stairs was almost full when we arrived so we were only able to put one full kitchen bag inside and had to store full bags in the corner of the kitchen. Lower bedrooms had virtually nowhere to store clothing for a week, especially the one closest to the dock - nothing but a couple of hooks in the wall and a small shelf. Also - the listing on Booking.com when we booked clearly showed pictures of what is apparently a separate studio available for rent although it does not anywhere say that the studio space is separate rental nor was there any way to actually book the studio as well. We were expecting to have that space and were surprised that we were told upon arrival that it was not included. That has now been updated but from what I see from other reviews, others also expected to have that space as well.

Frente a la laguna

Las escaleras, teníamos 2 niños y uno de 2 años, es incompatible el tamaño y la cantidad de escaleras para un niño de esa edad. Muy abandonadas las instalaciones. Luce como si hace mucho no se quedará nadie. 1 solo baño adentro para 6 personas El otro 1/2 baño estaba afuera, subiendo unas escaleras llenas de moho. Inclusive el muelle estaba descuidado. Se observa que hace mucho no le dan mantenimiento
