The location couldn't be better ... restaurants, coffee shops & markets nearby ... walking distance to all. The Malecon was 2 blocks away and on a holiday weekend was perfect to walk to without the hassle of bringing a car to park. The studio apartment came well equipped with ground coffee which was an added bonus. Clean & fresh smelling and the bed was very comfortable. Preferred being on the ground floor as there are no elevators but even so the stairwell was wide enough to bring up your luggage.
The only thing I would suggest is that the fridge could be cooler upon arrival.
