Quay cottage Annan

All one level no stairs have mobility issues all the hotels in Annan are upstairs rooms no lift so this was absolutely perfect. Although I didn't see any staff as it's a self catering cottage Elaine was so helpful and knowledgeable messaging.

Bedroom blind childproof but wee adult proof too lol cord a bit too high for a smaller person that can't stretch up because of broken back but that's no Elaine's fault it's safety standards. I struggled to get blind down 1st night so it stayed down. Everything else just perfect. Thanks Elaine

The property was spotlessly clean, it had everything and more that you would require for a stay, and more than spacious enough for the family. The beds were very comfortable with plenty of linen and towels provided. From the initial booking right through to after us leaving, Elaine the host was always very quick to reply to any issues or questions that you may ask (not that we had any issues) you really couldn't ask for a better host. You will probably notice that this review is the same as for "Harbour Cottage" this is because as a family we required 2no properties so booked both venues together

I had everything I needed, the house was clean and comfortable, it had a good atmosphere. Nice white towels and spotless bedding.

The only downside was the courtyard, it needed spruced up a bit, I had to clean the chairs. Inside the cottage was lovely.

A lovely property with everything we needed for a short break.

The property has a bath and over bath shower. Perhaps we were missing something, but it appeared the only way we could fill the bath was by running the shower.
