O local é maravilhosamente bem organizado e localizado.

Acomodação foi muito boa, estava tudo limpinho, porém ele não é espaçoso como diz o anúncio, é charmoso, e aconchegante, mas pequeno compacto e não tinha varanda como na foto e não tem janela como já tinha nos comentários.
O barulho é alto quando chove e molhou duas vezes, porém o suporte foi eficaz.

Aparentemente na vila Izabel, próximo de tudo, farmácia, padaria e atrás de um supermercado, tem lavandaria no prédio, os funcionários gentis, os moradores também, o ap estava arrumado e limpo, tem tudo para quem for sozinho ou com companhia, tem Geladeira, um fogão de 2 bocas, tem panelas, talheres, pratos, é bem bom e possui Tv também
Única coisa ruim é que como o AP é térreo não tem janelas então pode ser um pouco quente mas resolve com o ar-condicionado
