Un très joli studio, très bien situé, bien équipé, en rez-de-chaussée donnant directement sur la rue. Wifi rapide, salle de bain d'exception, bien que le fait de devoir descendre au sous-sol ne soit pas des plus commode...
La propreté et le ménage en général est sommaire, les sols sont mal nettoyés ainsi que les sanitaires, beaucoup de traces au sol, c'est dommage car les installations sont de qualité. La literie était tâchée de points noirs, qui se voyaient clairement au premier coup d'œil... L'approvisionnement en café mérite mieux... y'a clairement pas d'extra... ça fait radin...
