J'ai beaucoup apprécié :
- la localisation (proche d'une boutique de location de vélos dont l'accueil était sympathique ; face à un restaurant très agréable avec service chaleureux et terrasse avec jardin ; une épicerie juste à côté) ;
- la propreté de l'appartement ;
- le nécessaire à petit-déjeuner (café ; thé et sucre) ;
- la réactivité de la conciergerie.

The stairs are dangerous and in poor condition, as is the building door and ground floor entrance
