An ok appartment, the stairs killed us!

It was ok for a 1 night stop over, we arrived late 11pm, and Abbeville was shut. Even the places for food that said they were open, they weren't!

The stairs are very steep, and we hadn't of luggage! Esp when you areat the top of the building!

Lovely little flat with everything you need

The apartment on third floor was absolutely lovely, and I could put my bike in the entrance hall at the ground floor for safety since the door was locked with a code, and there was a surveillance camera there.

In spite of locked door and camera, and two safety locks on the bike, it got stolen early in the morning. The host was nice and helpful, and he sent me photos showing the thief exiting with my bike and I gave them to the police. Unfortunately stealing bikes are not a high priority crime in France or in my country, so I will never see the bike again. To me the neighborhood seemed a bit run down and perhaps less safe.

Nice and clean but 3rd floor no lift and crazy stairs. No AC.

Very clean and comfortable bed. All you need really for one or two nights.

The stairs!! Oh my gosh I did struggle to get up and down with a dog, my luggage, etc. it should be warned 🫠 Also there is no AC and it was a hot night, windows open meant loads of noise form outside so that made sleeping a bit difficult.

Très bonne occupation de l’espace, l’appartement est très propre, très bon séjour pour l’enduropale du Touquet.

Un endroit simple, calme qui se veut fonctionnel

L’emplacement, l’entretien, la simplicité de la déco

L’escalier très étroit . Le boîtier de clés en maintenance, prévenue avec retard : après avoir essayé de l’ouvrir pendant un très long moment, je me suis aperçue d’un mail d’information concernant ce sujet. Enfin, je ne suis pas sûre que la bouilloire mise à disposition fonctionne. Je n’ai pas réussi.

OK mais quelques détails rendent l'expérience moins agréable

Bon emplacement. Propre, assez fonctionnel

Globalement ça va et c’est fonctionnel mais quelques détails rendent le studio moins confortable Bruits de la rue par le toit, impression de courant d'air par les velux, dans le noir tous les voyants (sur le chauffage, la TV, etc) qui font de la lumière et peuvent déranger le sommeil. Bouilloire encrassée de calcaire. Cage d'escalier étroite. Porte qui fait un appel d'air et qui bouge quand un voisin ouvre la porte de l'immeuble. Chasse d'eau qui reste enclenchée et continue de couler.

Sur notre chemin il était bien situé, mais la présentation des lieux est mal faite.

pas concerné par le petit dejeuner, nous avions nos affaires

Nous n'avions pas conscience que le logement se trouvait au 3ème étage avec un escalier qui était en colimaçon et très étroit. Difficile pour monter les valises. Vu le propriétaire qui a bien compris que pour des personnes de + 60 ans, ce logement ne correspond pas vraiment. La propreté et l'aménagement de la chambre sont faits avec goût. Convient parfaitement pour des plus jeunes et un couple au maximum.

Une seule nuit très agréable !

Super petit studio, très bien agencé et tout équipé. Rien a dire sur la propreté. Superbe réactivité des propriétaires, encore merci.

Petit point négatif est le bruit de la rue. J'ai beaucoup entendu les voitures la nuit et c'est un peu dérangeant, malgré le 3ème étage. Autre chose, l'accès à l'appartement est un peu difficile (escalier étroit).

Hôte très sympa et réactif. Le logement très propre et agréable. Excellente localisation.

Le matelas n'était pas super confortable mais pour un court séjour c'est très bien.

NIKEL POUR 2 NUITS

Eau bien chaude au top , meme avec chauffage a 15 il fait 20lol dommage de pas avoir la télé grande chaine ( que france tv) et netflix super surpris

le bruit de la VMC qui tourne en permanence ET EN + QUI ASPIRE la chaleur du logement . quelques petite choses a revoir sur details confort (aspirateur fatigué) mes sinon bien dans l ensemble.
